What do I need to use Amperson?

An iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, running iOS 26 or later, with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri.

It says Apple Intelligence isn't available

Check that Apple Intelligence is turned on and has finished downloading (this can take a while after you first turn it on, and works best on Wi-Fi and power). Your note stays in the app, so you can save it once it's ready.

How do I add people?

Tap the New Note button next to the search field and write how people are related, for example "Maya's husband is Daniel" or "Theo's teacher is Mr. Okafor". Tap Save.

Amperson got something wrong

After you save, a banner shows what was understood. Tap Edit to rename someone, change the relationship, swap who's who, or remove a row. On a person's page, swipe a relationship to delete it.

Why don't I see everyone in the list?

The People list shows main people (the people your notes are about) by default. Use the filter button at the top right to show everyone.

Is my data private?

Yes. Notes are processed on your iPhone and stored only there. See the Privacy Policy.
