Privacy Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Amperson is made by PenDeck ("we"). In short: we don't collect any of your data. What you write in Amperson stays on your iPhone.

What the app handles

Amperson works with the notes you type, such as "Maya's husband is Daniel", and the people and relationships it finds in them.

Where it's processed

Notes are read by Apple Intelligence's on-device model, on your iPhone. Amperson doesn't send your notes to us or to any other server, and the app makes no network connections.

Where it's stored

Your notes, people, and relationships are saved in a database inside the app on your iPhone. Like any app's data, it's included in your device backups if you use iCloud Backup or back up to a computer. Apple handles those backups under Apple's Privacy Policy; we can't see them.

What we don't do

Deleting your data

You can delete a relationship in the app by swiping it. Deleting the app removes everything it stored from your iPhone. Older device backups keep a copy until they're replaced or deleted.

Children

Amperson doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date.
